Yes, I have notice it. That the thumbs down are not from the ASKER. It make it obvious when the ASKER's is only a Level 1 and could not possibly be giving out thumbs votes.
They probably gave everyone thumbs down to hide the fact that they got a thumbs down.
Otherwise maybe they were bored! Cause a little mental anguish by giving people a virtual thumbs down --- Ohhh my Ego is hurting! Meh!!!
I take more pride in getting thumbs up! Those you can believe in!
[edit] LOL! You folks kill me!!!! Yahoo would never allow tracking of thumbs down. That would be like being able to read other people's thoughts. We'd all be hating each other, there'll be gang up of thumbs down and revenge thumbs dowing if ever such words existed! ROFLMAO!

Sometimes in some situation I think it's the person asking the question. Maybe they didn't like any of the answers we were giving? or some childish person that just happened to read the question, but not answer.

I've seen that...it shows that some people (quite a few actually) are on here for the wrong reasons.
Don't let it get to you, if you know that you answered the question with good intentions then : )

It's usually the one with no thumbs down! They just want the question to go to voting and if everyone else had thumbs down and he didn't, he'd win. Stupid. Yeah, it bothers me too!

Maybe the should replace the thumbs up/down with stars. If you like or agree with an answer star it. If you don't then don't star it.
