Being evil is someone who likes to hurt people and is very mean. They may get off on hurting others. But bitchy would be like pms or someone who is crappy having a bad day and takes it out on someone else. Some people will be bitchy because it is a front to cover their softness to keep them from getting hurt.

Being evil means your bitchy on a daily basis because that's whats programed into to your personality and just being bitchy is only on those bad days when things always seem to go wrong or ya start your rag but then other days you are back to normal and can be pleasant. Evil people always have that negative aura about them and their farts prolly smell like sulfur! LOL HEE HEE!...None of which turns me on!

Intention. Bitchy comes from feeling bad. No fun there for anyone. Feeling bitchy can lead to evil behavior. Evil is just plain evil...when you intend to do harm.
