Turn Iran into a parking lot, then we won't have to deal with them and their big mouths.

The thing is, the RADICAL islamic madmen are not the whole of the country. I'm not sure of exact numbers, but I would bet that it is a small minority of Iran. That said, I think that it would be completly wrong to use a Nuclear response over a test. What about the innocents? The civillian casualty would be astronomical! And, I think that it would incite the unification of the Middle East against the US, and probably cause an even larger conflict--possibly on our soil.

No, I'd never support a nuclear response. The #2 guy in Iran, the unpopular President Ahmadinijad, may have threatened Israel in a general way, but Iran hasn't threatened the US. There's a difference, you know.

well we (the US) has tested plenty of nukes ourselves...

how would you feel if some other country tried telling the US they weren't permitted to test or develop this or that weapon?

the US doesn't have the right to go around telling other countries what they can and can't do any more than another country has the right to do so to the US.

now if they use these weapons on us or our allies, which they won't, then we obliterate them, and with just cause.

It will be too late at that point because they will have enough radioactive scraps to create several large dirty bombs. They should have already been stopped.

Carpet nuking Iran will slow down global warming so it might be a good thing to do now, just for the heck of it.

If by "President", you mean Bush, no, I wouldn't want him to have car keys never mind New-Kew-Ler weapons. Hopefully we will have actual leadership in place before Iran makes any serious headway toward a viable nuclear program.

No. Not for a test.

However I would support a conventional bombing of all Iranian nuclear facilities before they get to the point where they can build a bomb.

No. I've never understood some countries can have nuclear weapons and some can't. Get rid of all of them.

Testing is only testing. Sanctions have worked in the past and could be employed again. To use his itchy trigger finger the cowboy would really give the world cause for war crimes trials and for impeachment and removal from office in the US.

No.

I hope someone in the White House is busy hiding the keys to the nuclear arsenal.
