Because serving in the military is voluntary and they choose not to. By the way the las t 2 drafts were started under Democratic presidents and the last legislative call for one was by CHarles Rangel D-NY

Probably for the same reason you don't. It's an all volunteer military these days. You might have something to cry about if there was a draft but not any more. Why don't you sign up?

Its a free country and the military is voluntary. If they dont want to serve they dont have to. That is a luxury of living in our great country.
