I'm sure there are fashion clothing design programs, much like those that combine Photoshop with architectual CAD programs. They'll likely cost a high penny, set for the established successful designers.

But all isn't lost: take a large tablet and a light sharp pencil. Hold the pencil comfortably in your hand--where you still command it, and draw soft curves. It's NOT a waste of time. Dedicating this time--and a LOT of it--to drawing curves will train your hand to do them for whatever fashion design your imagination unfolds.

well i recommend, if ur not drawing the head, to start with the neck, then draw the shoulders but not the arms yet. then draw the chest area then the waist. ok then start planning the shirt you will draw. add details later. then finish it with pants or a skirt. and look at magazines. trace outlines of models if u have to. the best way is to come up with ur own style.
