i just made cheerleading this summer and i dont have enough boobs to even fill up the top part of the outfit pls help how can they get bigger b4 september

don't worry honey! i grew over night! from one summer to the next, i had boobs. i think i grew mine in high school. just be patient.
then again, if you come from a family that isn't well endowed in the chest area, you may not have big ones. you'll just have to wait & see.
plus, you don't have to have big boobies ... some guys don't like them much, or really don't care that much anyway.

big boobs isnt what you need to worry about in 7th grade
i mean yes of course we all wanted or want them
but just be who you are
i know people can be cruel if thats just the kind of people your surrounded with
but usually people, espiceally girls should be excepting your insecurity just because we all went through it and will continue to.
puberty comes to girls at different ages
and if it hasnt come to you then dont worry
it will soon

and the best way to make your boobs look bigger[not become bigger] is to wear a padded or push up bra. i would tell you a bra thats one size to big but sometimes it seems noticable. but you can try it as well. not stuffing or toliet paper. that is the worst thing you could ever do. NEVER do it lol

Don't worry about it. I'm almost a 10 grader and I still hardly have any boobs. Everybody's development of breasts are different and some can only start growing their boobs at 16 or 18. You're young, keep up a healthy life style and good diet and you'll get it someday. Be patient, and I heard the more you worry about it the slower it'll grow, so be comfortable with your body.

It's okay I'm in 9th grade and there are still some girls without boobs... When I was younger I just did a padded bra it's most comfortable.. nothing makes them bigger i erasearched although I found eating more and excercising makes a slight difference but I noticed at least!

you don't need boobs to fill up your top. i'm sure you'll grow [boobwise or heighth] by september. im going into 8th and the summer before 7th i grew [alottttt!!!]
i was a sports bra.
now i'm a 36B.
you'll grow. dont worry.
dont do anything stupid like stuff your bra or get a oversized padded bra.

Honey, if it we're possible, every girl would be running around looking like Pamela Anderson. It's not possible. The only thing you can do is make your boobs LOOK bigger, and in that case, I would recommend a push up bra or corset.
BTW... DON'T USE TOILET PAPER!!!
It'll just turn out disastrous.

I don't know I have boobs and there are plenty to go around. But if you wanted to you could buy a larger bra or one in your size that is padded that could make it look like you are larger than you are so no one will notice it's your choice. But if I were you I recommend a padded bra so it would look more natural for you

You shouldn't worry about getting bigger boobs. It makes you who you are, they should really get smaller cheerleading outfits!

it ok this is normal my friend has the same problem my mom's friend didn't get her boobs until she was 26 weird huh?? Dont worry they'll get bigger soon! in the meantime have fun being a cheerleader!

Girl, you've probably got a petite figure. Don't worry, the other girls will be wishing they had you're body in no time. But relax also, sometimes it just takes longer for some.
