Yep - let's throw the whole bunch out on their keisters and elect some "citizen" politicians instead of a bunch of rich guys and gals.

What we need is a opening of the ballots so that a average person can get on the them or do away with the political parties altogether because what we have now is politics for the special interest and by the special interest, I don't think it resembles what the founders invisioned.

We need fresh blood in the minds of the electorate.

We keep electing the same politicians, without any real accountability, and expecting different results.

Actually, yes. Even George Washington warned of a two-party system. I do think it is said that we don't take issues by the merit of the issue and wait for the party to define said issue. There are many people who vote the party not their beliefs.

Because once those innocent lambs we send to Washington get a taste of that lobbyist fueled power, they become the same as the ones we replaced last time.

We need to tune up the constitution to not allow deficit spending, but that would hurt.

Actually, we need some old blood back in politics. Give me gold old fashioned Reaganism again. Less gov't. Lower taxes. Strong on National Defense. Confront enemies.
