NO. I work at a restaurant, and there is such a thing as great customer service, but the customer is not always right. Sometimes they are flat-out a**holes!

No. But you have to cater to them 99.999999% of the time. I worked retail for 4 long years.

I wonder if some customers really understand how much of a pain in the a$s they are???

According to the store, but hell no!!!! But to think, if the store says they are always right, why do they tell you to call a manager if someone is rude or obstinant?
