He doesn't contribute. But the GOP is scared to back a Mormon and McCain is getting irritating so Rudy it is.

Everyone has different labels for people. Hell there are democrats calling Hillary a moderate for God's sake. Rudy is liberal to many Republicans but moderate to others. His contribution would likely be focused on fiscal responsibility which he is better at then Bush.

Not much.

He's a megalomaniacal fool who ran around New York on 9-11 because he had ordered the Emergency Command Center re-built at the site of the previous trade towers bombing and when it was destroyed, he had no place to go. He exacerbated the tragedy of 9-11.

He couldn't even manage to provide fire and police with compatible radios so that they could talk to each other. This resulted in many unnecessary fire fighter deaths.

As an aside do you realize that 3 of the 8 top Repub. '08 pres. candidates do not believe in Evolution? That just scares me.

It doesn't matter. The Republicans, Giuliani, and the self-righteous, indignant, hypocrite, petty, hateful right wing is dead and I hope they never come back like their good friend Jebus Briste.
