Colorful, noisy toys and lots of play time with my mom and dad. Summertime, I would probably want a nice little blow up pool to splash around in!

One of those Fisher Price basketball hoops with a ball. Everytime the ball goes through the hoop it plays music and lights up. That toy rocks! I play with my sons all the time.

my nephew is 3 but for his birthday I got him a really cool art stand that is on one side white board and the other side chalk he loves it.
also go diego go toys, balls, animal toys- little boys LOVE animals, a pool and accessories, etc etc etc.
My nephew is very spoiled by me!

A powerwheel...or... you could get a gift card to toys'r'us (or toy store equivelant) so the boy can get something he really wants if he doesnt get it for his bday!
