When I was about 6 I had a hard time peeing. So my mom took me to urgent care. They try to make me pee in a cup, but I couldn't. So they put and needle in me (down there.) Why did they do this and and where did they put the neddle???

It wasn't a needle, it would have been a catheter, and it was inserted into the urethra (from which you urinate) so that they could get a sample of your urine.

You're parent's did the right thing taking you to the doctors. They wanted to get a sample of you're urine to make sure everything was okay and nothing was wrong with you. It wasn't a needle though, it's a catheter. I needle isn't meant to be down there. ;D that would be too much pain. Even for a 6 year old. ;D I hope everything went well and you're urinating is okay.

It was a catheter, not a needle. The inserted it into your bladder so they could get a urine sample. It is completely normal. They also do it every time they are perform surgery on you.
