Me and my friend are going to St Tropez in november, and we are 16 years old. Would we be able to get into any clubs over there?

Not likely, as the age for drinking hard liquor is 18 and clubs are not known for selling soft-drinks.
And what they sell is extremely expensive.
So you might be better off not to go to a club.

There are far more interesting things to do in France than go clubbing; clubs are everywhere, so why would you travel to some new, far-off place to do something you can do at home? Go sightseeing; try new things. France is a fascinating and beautiful country, and has far more things (and better things) to offer besides clubs.

sure you are, just dress a little mature, dont act nervous and if possible walk calm whit a couple of girls.
And i actually dont think there is alot of doormen there, cant remember seing anyone at all last time i was there.
