My brother is looking for a slogan for his bar that he is opening up. The name of the bar is Steel Horse Saloon. Any ideas or creative suggestions would be helpful! Thank you in advance!

Make sure he has one of those automated bucking horses in the middle of the saloon for folks to practice their cowboy skills riding the bronc. You might suggest that he makes sure it has some silver stirrups on it and that as much of it as possible is made from a shining steel or looks like that to match the name of the Saloon. I suggest he make it as much as possible like the old west looking saloons and he could even have authentically dressed saloon girls too. That would definitely give the place a real atmosphere. He could have 'western' night or 'cowgirl' night, etc. to bring in clientel and of course karaoke night too. One saloon out in Colorado where we used to live had 'Silver Dollar' night and if you paid for your drinks in silver dollars, they were only half price. For decorations, there are always wagon wheel chandeliers and different cowboy gadgets you could use too, and real photos of old west cowboys for the walls as well as the traditional saloon table and chairs. If you are going to call it a saloon, then it should look like one, otherwise, it's just a plain old ordinary bar like the rest of them. For a good outside look, in front of the saloon, put a hitching post and put a few silver painted ponies tied up to it with a water troff on the back side of the post. Place a shallow bottom in it so that there are only a few inches from the top and paint that bottom the color of water. Then it would look authentic just like the old west. Those are some creative ideas for the place. A saloon with a name like that, has promise of being a good place to 'come and set a spell' as they say and the right decorations create the atmosphere that will attract folks. There are lots of possibilities to make it a nice fun place to go to with something more to do than just drink. The old west saloons had poker but in some places, that is illeagle without a lisence but you could have a few pool tables for fun. Slogan's could be: "Experience the Old West and have a Good-ol-time at Steel Horse with the Best" or "Anytime, night or noon, you'll find the perfect ambiance at Steel Horse Saloon" Tell him I said good luck with his place.
