i tried the web for eg youtube and all and found a few there, are there any other sites you guys can recommend that has a collection of past nba games mostly chicago during 95-98

You can go to Bulls.com. But the only problem with that you will have to pay a subscription to get the archives. The archives is where are they held. They have from all games that were shown from the Bulls.
PS: Also, if you can get it there, go to NBA.com. You will have to browse around and see what kind of offers they have.
