In Georgia, the results of the latest inspection must be posted in an open and conspicuous place, typically near the cash register. However, I can't find the state law requiring this (it may be in one of the related state agency's Rules & Regulations). Once you start to look for them, you'll notice them all the time. Just ask the manager. If it's not posted, it should be. And they are required to show the last inspection report to anyone who asks.

go to the health department ask to view the last inspection report, you must specify what establishment you wish to see a report on.
