The greatest salesmen already know what the objections are going to be, and it's because they've been doing it for so long. They already know what they're going to say because they've practiced and practiced and practiced through experience.

Start by agreeing with customer on something, anything, then lead him into your opinion of the product. Also read a good book on salesmanship, it's copmlex.
