You're not going to burn your vagina, or labia or any other part of your genital unless you are laying spread eagle in the tanning booth but certainly you can burn the skin that is usually covered up by your bikini or swimsuit.

You SHOULD be wearing SPF all OVER your body if you are going in a tanning booth. I mean it... :-D

If it's skin, it can still be burned and can cause skin cancer which can be lethal. There's a treatment which is painless, stainless to clothing and upholstery, etc., economical, etc., etc. It's called aloe vera gel and works remarkably. It does not, however, induce nor prevent peeling. An even better alternative is to buy an aloe plant, let it grow on the kitchen counter and break off or cut a piece when needed to treat most skin maladies. A safer alternative and just as effective as tanning is the application of the cosmetic tan which does no damage to the skin. The well-known celebrity/actor George Hamilton, well known for his beautiful tans, never actually gets a 'tan'. He markets a cosmetic under his name that he has used quite satisfactorily. I'll watch it for you though if you like.

I did. I had never had a suntan where-the-sun-doesn't-shine and I got in there and put suntan lotion on everything (I think I put it there too) and walked away with a terrible sunburn on my butt. I remember how hot it was in there and I could have easily sweat out my lotion. Plus, my butt is right there on top of the lamp for the duration, I couldn't so much as get up and wipe the sweat off and cool off a bit before I went back in and had at it again. So, I would say, yes, if your ta-tas burnt your bum probably will too.
I remember it was a bit unpleasant trying to sit down for a while there and I experienced a bit of discomfort. You know, you don't have to wear a bathing suit. I mean, hey, who's going to notice. So just wear some underwear that you think will make nice suntan lines and go with it. The worst thing that can happen is you sweat it out in them, and you can always change them when you leave.

Of course you can. The area you are speaking of probably isn't getting the direct light (because your legs are probably closed while lying in the bed) from the tanning bed like your chest does, that's why you've burnt your chest. I remember girls in high school getting burnt down there. Just be careful and don't over do it in the bed (time wise), until you have worked up a good tan. Ah, no tan lines is nice ;)

It's just like any other body part that doesn't see a whole lot of sun - it'll burn at first, then you'll start tanning. In that regard, tanning beds are no different than visiting a nude beach, except that the rays are more intense.

I don't wear anything. You do have to ease into it so you don't get burned. You can try without your swimsuit for half the time and build up from there. Now, my nipples got dark and I hated that! So, I cover those up with bottle caps. I looked around the house and found that tops off my makeup containers that were the perfect size.

I think you can since all body parts probably get tanned in there. But maybe not if you close you're legs on them. But yea. Be careful with the tanning beds.. since you can get skin cancer from them. I'd prefer mystic tan since you cannot get skin cancer and it works just as well. ;D

I would assume so, being that it is sensitive skin in that area down there and easy to dry out. Tanning regardless is bad.

I have heard there are web sites with hidden cams in tanning booths... so think twice if you're modest...
