Not all time, just for 1 postseason, and only for starters. I have a small fantasy league in which a friend of mine (another owner) has a starter with 7 postseason wins for 1 post season, and I'm just curious.

The record for most post-season wins in a single year is 5. It has been achieved by two people, one of which was a starter.
- Randy Johnson, 2001
- Francisco Rodriguez, 2002 (as reliever)

Amazingly, Rodriguez achieved the feat after pitching only 5.2 IP during the season.

It is a rare feat, because teams use a 4-man rotation during the playoffs (maximum of 19 games), and before this time, there were less rounds, making the feat impossible.

Various players achieved 4 wins: O.Hershiser (1995), B.Hooton (1981), D.Wells (1998), C.Schilling (2001), J.Smoltz (1996), D.Stewart (1989), L.Hernandez (1997), and J.Morris (1991)

A handful of players also achieved 4 wins in the 19th century, but postseason games were considered exhibition at the time.

Patzan's answer is right, and probably best answer worthy, I just want to point out that Randy Johnson actually got wins on back-to-back nights in that postseason - He won game 6 for the D'Backs and came back in relief in game 7 (started by Schilling) and got the win.
