There's a big difference in punks with some cash or a sugarmate and the crustybutts that are bums.
There's also peaceful natured punks and angry ones, so you do have to be keen, since if you hook up with a good looking bum or snowdigger they'll milk you dry.
The fun ones are often funny and bright, theatrical, and they get into the music scene and dance. These types may have a 'normal' job during the day, but every night, it's halloween.
