I assume you are talking about sex. The first time sometimes hurts because when the penis is inserted into the vagina it opens an area that most young people call "breaking the cherry" I guess its called that because it usually bleeds the first time. But after that it should'nt hurt unless he's really large or you have some medical condition.

Have you ever had anything that large there before? Duh!
and if you don't use a 'plug' than youve got to bust through the HYMEN. Wouldn't you get sore the first time you go to the gym or run a marathon? Think about it, it just makes sence.... don't you think?

Because your body doesn't know what to expect. Once you have the 1st time the 2nd, 3rd and so on don't seem as bad because you know what is coming.
