There may be a children's consignment store near you that you can take the used clothing to. Once Upon A Child is a chain that buys gently used clothing, toys, and other items. You can either get a check or store credit (the store credit will be worth slightly more than the check). I am not sure if that particular chain has a location in your area, but I am sure there is a consignment store of some sort.
You could have a yard sale, and/or try eBay.
Have fun!

Take them to Once Upon a Child. They buy clothes for a reasonable amount so u can get new ones. Or like was mentioned a garage sale. If your up for a serious commitment. B/c garage sales are no joke to put together. There are plenty of stores that buy back baby clothes. Just look in the phone book and make a few calls!
Best of luck!

Ebay is the most obvious, but some thrift stores will give you money for your clothes as well. Salvation Army and Good Will are donations only, but some of the private thrifts store do buy clothes. Look up the local thift stores in your area and call them and ask.
Seems like a lot of work, but once you find a store in your area you can keep going back whenever you grow out of your current style.

your best options in order would be
1. Ebay ( I use ebay and have made over 100$ on each lot i've sold) http://www.ebay.com
2. Craigslist ( post pics of the items and set prices)
http://www.craigslist.com
3. Consignment shop ie..Once upon a child ( they'll give you money on the spot but are likely to turn down clothes based on season and if they are not up to their liking)
http://www.ouac.com
4. Yard Sale ( you can sell the clothes and other stuff you don't need anymore)
5. Salvation Army or Goodwill ( this is for the clothes you weren't able to sell but would still like to get rid of, you wont get money but you can get a receipt for a tax deduction)

Some consignments stores will take your clothes and give you a % of what they sell the clothes for. You could have a yard sale. You could put an ad out for the set for what you think they are worth as a set. You can try E-bay.

consignment shops or yard/garage sales. You won't get too much from them I'm sure anyway. If you go to a shop they may even only want specific items for that season.
Good luck to you. I've ended up giving away mine to charity because it was too much of a hassle.

I have used Craigslist with a great deal of success.
Price them according to their condition and offer a great deal. You are sure to get a buyer.
There are also local stores that will buy your gently used baby clothing.
Good luck.
