Your newborn could see your face from birth. It was the only thing she could see.
Babies arent born blind, they just arent able to focus. But they can see about 8 inches from their face at birth, or, the distance from your face to theirs when you're nursing.
by 2 months she can see a lot, including your face, and blurry things like people walking past. usually by 3 months their vision is pretty normal.

Yes. After about 6 weeks babies can generally focus clearly to a depth of at least 3 feet, and it progresses rapidly outwards each week. By 2-3 months your baby should be able to see across the room (my 12-week old can pick up the TV from 12 feet away).

Of course she can see your face! Babies can see the second they open their eyes. That's why they often make eye contact during breast feedings. The distance between the mothers face and the nursing child is about as far away as they can see for quite awhile. That's why if someone is standing on the far side of the room waving, the baby probably won't really respond. To them, it just looks like a blur of color.

Of course she can see your face....she could from birth! It was a little blurry at first but now for sure the muscles in her eyes have developed well enough to see you! And totally recognize your face not just your voice!

Unless you are standing in the other room of course she can see you! Test the theory. Just stand and smile and be happy to her and if she smiles back tada! if she doesnt well I still say she can see you she just wasnt amused :P

If you're REALLY close to her. Infants can only see a couple of inches from their face.
Although I'm not sure how far a 2 month old can see. But I'm sure she can see you.

Most certainly, your baby can see your face. A newborn can even see your face if they are close enough, such as when you are holding them to feed them. Your baby can see your face with no problem.

Unless she is blind, of course she can. If you are afraid she is blind try holding a toy in front of her that doesn't make noise. Quietly move it from side to side and see if her eyes move to follow the toy. If they don't you can go see your doctor and ask to get an eye test.
