Finding the contact info is a matter of going to SAG.org. Getting signed to a contract with one is another matter altogether. They only sign experienced trained actors. Ones who are ready to work at the professional level. I strongly suspect that you are not. If you were you would know this. Get some training under your belt then when you are ready you should be able to get someone to sign you.
