I loved this one! It was a really fantastic end to a fantastic book! As for your questions:
1. Draco Malfoy was the real master of the Elder Wand because he disarmed Dumbledore while they were up in the tower. Snape, however, killed a wandless Dumbledore, therefore not having to fight at all for the wand.
2. The thing oozing from Snape after he was killed by Nagini was his memories. He was letting them go because he wanted Harry to know that all of his so called 'evil' acts all had to do with his love for Lily Potter, and how he kept Harry safe because he was his true love's son.
3. The baby writhing in the corner of the room represents the bit of Voldemort's soul that was destoryed when he cast the Killing Curse on Harry, thus making him mortal.

1. Dumbledore posessed the wand after his defeat of Grindelwald. In Book 6, when Draco disarmed Dumbledore in the Astronomy Tower, he became the true posessor of the Elder Wand.
2. It wasn't oozing, per say. It was a memory, he was giving it to Harry so that Harry could go look at it in the Penseive.
3. On that I'm not too sure...
Have you read Book 6, because if you had you would have figured the answers to numbers 1 and 2.

1. At the end of the 6th book Draco disarmed Dumbledore ("Expelliarmus!") making him the master of the Elder Wand without him ever knowing it.
2. It was Snape's memories, the ones that Harry looked at in the Pensieve. He didn't have time to explain everything, so he just gave him the memories.
3. It's definitely Voldemort in some way. It's either the piece of his soul that was attached to Harry, or else it's what he himself is like (with only a little bit of his soul left, like he was in Goblet of Fire). I prefer the latter, because it talks about how he fell down, so I wonder if he didn't go there too.

1. In the 6th book, at the end, Draco disarms Dumbledore saying Expelliarmus thus winning over him and thus getting the ownership of the Elder wand which can be obtained only by defeating the previous owner, which was Dumbledore.
2.When Snape is dying and Harry comes there, he knows that there isn't enough time for him to be able to explain everything to Harry and also that Harry has seen a pensieve and Dumbledore as well as Snape using it.
So he just takes all those memories that he feels he needs Harry to know about from his head and gives it to Harry which he later on goes and has a look at in Dumbledore's Pensieve.
3. I think it was that part of Voldemort's soul which until now was within Harry's body which was destoyed by Voldemort himself when he performed the Avada Kedavra on Harry. As this entire King's Cross station scene was going on in Harry's head itself, the part of the soul was also essentially being destroyed within the same body.

1. Draco became the real owner of the Elder Wand when he Disarmed Prof. Dumbledore in Book 6 although he didn't know it nor even touch the wand, the wand's allegiance was transferred to him.
2. His memory. He gave it to Harry so he can use it on the Pensieve. He still needs Harry to see his memory (especially his talks with Dumbledore) not really for him to be exonerated but for Harry to understand what Dumbledore meant for him to do.
3. They both sort of died when Voldemort "killed" Harry. That repulsive baby was the maimed soul of Voldemort that was unintentionally put into Harry when he was a baby. Harry was the 7th Horcrux and when he sort of died, part of Voldemort's soul went with him.

1:Not sure, it has something to do I think with the fact that Draco was supposed to be the one who killed Dumbledore. The wand linked to him when that was set but since Snape did it the wand didn't go where it should've which was Draco. Something like that.
2: It was his memories of what happened. Harry put them in the bottle so he could see them. Snape gave them to him but I don't think Harry realized what it was at first.
3: The baby/demon is the part of Voldemort that he placed inside of Harry. It was killed too or left to die. Harry just had the option of returning.

here are my thoughts
-He is the real owner of the wand Harry has. It was Draco's wand before Harry took it.
-His memories. Like the memories in the pensive. That Harry watched, of his mother and Snape, and the memory of Snape talking to Dumbledoor
-That is the part of Voldemort. The piece of soul that was in Harry.

1. because he was the one who had disarmed Dumbledore when he died, so by disarming him the wand accepts its new master as Draco.
2. his memory, the silver stuff was snapes memory that you then put in a pensive to view what it is. Just like all the memories for the two book prior.
3. It's not a baby it is the piece of Voldemort soul that was dislodged from Harry when Voldemort struck Harry with the Killing Curse.

1 Because at the end of The Half Blood Prince, Draco Malfroy siezed Dumbledore's wand (took it by force). Snape did not gain Dumbledore's wand, because he did not have it at the time.
2. Snape's memory, which Harry poured into the pensieve.
3 Voldemort's (Tom Riddle's) soul - in its fragmented, unstable, damaged state. Only remorse could save it (re-unite it), which Voldemort was not prepared to express (he would have known, because he would have read the book about horcruxes, and that is why Harry's words about remorse surprised him).

1. Because he was the one who disarmed Dumbledore on the tower, but he could not kill him. Dumbledore was the owner until Malfoy disarmed him.
2. His memories he wanted Harry to see them.
