Ok the last question i asked was whether or not to pay to send my AWOL kid back to his Unit or let them come get him. Well I said that I was going to let them get him. Things have changed. They don't seem to be too interested in getting him back. If we wait we will not be able to take our trip. There is no warrant for his arrest or anything. I live in a small town so my trip is to the city to get school clothes it isn't like a vacation. I have to make this trip. So my mother in law is putting him on the Greyhound back to Oklahoma tomorrow. My brother in law said to call the Military attorneys not to call the CO. Who should I call I mean I think his CO needs to know he's on his way back. I am so flickin stressed over all this.

Again no judgements just some friendly advice.

Thanks!

I would call both the co and the attorneys as soon as possible...youre right...the CO does need to know that he is coming.
