Your best bet is to get a house inspection done and have it a condition on your offer to buy. It could be big problems, but it could be something minor - a home inspector could give you an informed answer.

It means there has been some settling. Could be minor or major. A home inspection is your best bet. Hire your own inspector as Realtors can lead you to one that is in their interest more than yours.
