I would tell them but I would do it in a way that would not bring embarassment to the individual or attention as laughter might do.

Sure I would. I would be descreet... I'd say it with a smile... I'd even help. I'm sure if they had a good sense of humor they'd appreciate the help and even get a good laugh about it later themselves. :)

Funny that you mention it..a few minutes ago, a door to door salesman came in the office (despite numerous "No Soliciting" signs..) and I let him know his fly was open.
