IN LOVE not obsess or just like that person.
I mean really in love with that person, loose sleep, thinking about the whole day non stop. If you don't understand than look up "in love"

I still love a man I loved in college and just reconnected with. While I have been married for 16 years to a wonderful guy, the butterflies in my stomach come when I am talking to my college love. I made a commitment to my husband and I don't intend to cheat physically and I don't intend to leave him or my son. It will have to be a deep friendship until circumstances change and I am free to pursue my college love. Fortunately we live in different cities so the possibility of seeing one another isn't there.

Oh yeah, actually I think we ALL have been in that position at some point in our lives. It really BITES too, doesn't it? But you gotta do what ever you CAN do to comunicate with the one you love and let them KNOW that you care and how much you want to be together. It doesn't make the "miss you" go away but it DOES make the two of you feel a lot better knowing that somewhere there IS someone who loves you enormously. *hugs* to his favorite cop in NYC

Yes. I was seeing a man for about three months and I fell head over heels in love with him. I knew that he was never going to give me the type of relationship that I wanted, and I ended up getting badly hurt. Now that time has passed, and I am with someone who I am in love with who actually loves me back, I am glad that it didn't work out with the other guy. Maybe some of us want what we know we can never truly have.

Yes I have for a few years to be exact, but life goes on, and I liked the fact that I had that because when I did fall in love again I had something to go by.

I was in love with someone I couldnt be with but then had to make up my mind as to my own happieness. Did I want to be happy and in love or just in a rut I was in. I made the biggest decision of my life when I left my husband whom I had been with for 13 years to be with the one I truly loved. I have been with her now for 2 1/2 years. My family was shocked but it was my happieness that mattered no one elses. My kids love her as much as me.

Yes. The man I love broke up with me and is moving out of state. He still holds my heart in the palm of his hand and will forever. I really miss talking and laughing with him. I hope one day the pain begins to ease, its only been a couple months so far...

Yes. I WAS totally in love with my ex boyfriend, but multiple circumstances made it impossible for us to be together. The main thing that broke us up was our different beliefs when it came to religion. I'm a Christian and try my very best to live a life that's glorifying to God. I need to be with a guy who can encourage me and walk with me in our relationships with the Lord. And my ex just wasn't that guy. I'll always love my him, but I'm not in love with him anymore.
