I would cut indy and keep pitt, and if you can pick up sea out of those thats a nice pickup...if you look at sea's depth chart they have some nice players all around and picked up big man kerney in the offseason, not to mention they have petersen, troufant, tatupu, and other nice playmakes; they arent ranked high but i look for them to be a pretty nice d this year.

Personally, I would keep Pittsburgh. They should be better on offense this season, and they do get to play the Ravens and Browns twice every year. Neither of those teams have what anyone would call a great O.

Indy has had a few losses on both sides of the ball. With the loss of their OT to retirement, there will be even more pressure put on, at best, a middling defensive unit. If you can dump them for KC's defense, I would. KC always has a nice ground game, which keeps the other team's offense off the field.

Surprisingly, another choice would be the Texans. Their Offense will be a liability (as usual), but they have made a lot of moves to turn their D into a force over the years. They will lose a lot of games, but only because their O can't move the ball.

You should keep an extra defense on your roster, especially for bye weeks and in case major players on those teams get injured. I would keep Pittsburgh, simply because Indy has lost two top players in the secondary, plus linebacker Cato June. Quite honestly, I would pick up St. Louis' defense for the same reason Indy's was available after drafts last year - everyone focuses on their offense. St. Louis has done all the little things right to improve their defense, and I think it will show this season. Seattle and Green Bay are also both good, but there are some injury issues with players on both teams, so the Rams, in my opinion, are your best choice as a replacement.

Keep Pittsburgh I think the days of the Steel curtain may be returning possibly
Seattle is a good pickup If they play as well as the last 4 games Green Bay will be ok but Seattle is better for now and if not them go for New Orleans . Leave the options open for Baltimore as well.

Cut Indy and pick up either Seattle or I would even make a stretch for Tampa Bay, they have really improved

First of all Indys D is going to suck this season with the loss of June... so I would say cut both and pick up the Redskins... J/K, play the Stealer's.

Seattle's a good pickup, and drop Indy, they aren't what they used to be. If you can get Balt, that would be all you need. Keep Pit.
