You are all ready holding a senior post in a company it means next you'll be going for a more senior post in another company. In senior post the company management is not bothered of the personal life of its employees as they expect regularity & more self-disciple in person holding such post. Its the juniors who basically indulge in late coming or taking leaves often that spoils the whole working atmosphere of the company & the management do ask about their personal life to assess the person's other commitments that will be effecting his working in the company. For senior executives the management is more bothered about their skills & experience in handling the job for which they are appointed rather then their personal life. Even if a specific question to this regard is asked you can just mention about your children at home & their schooling, as far as wife is concerned just say she is a house wife, it is understood she must be at home unless you specifically tell them she is living seperately, so need not open all these cards unless asked from you specifically which no one does. Best of Luck!

You better tell truth, if it comes up in from there side, because telling a lie is a big risk .. Truth one or the other way comes out. By the way what is the problem in saying truth. So be sure that it is better to be clear in case asked, no need to volunteer information unless asked.. answer to the points, but better tell truth in such things which are not the ones you can really hide all through your life.

When a question crops up, it is to be replied as best as possible, and there is no point in getting agitated beforehand as to what reply is correct or ought to be given. Hiding is a bigger problem than coming out with truth irrespective of what it is. According to my HR background, no negative inference is possible unless the Interviewer is bent upon it or something on such factual grounds.

Things must be much different in India. It is illegal for an American company to ask about your personal life in an interview.

Haha, no, those canines are not impeccably experienced. I dunno who started out the parable of police canines being impeccably experienced yet they have been extraordinarily incorrect. Police canines have elementary obedience from despite interest they have been started out in, and have been taught to chew human beings for actual. the conclusion. it is the quantity of their preparation. they're muzzled simply by fact there are dissimilar human beings on the Alexanderplatz Station...you won't be able to administration those around you, some dumb teen ought to think of that's humorous to run up and say "RAWR!!!" to the canines and get his face ripped off...then it is your fault and the dep. receives sued. Or some little previous woman ought to slip and fall close to to between the canines, what do you think of he's thinking whilst lalala...minding my own enterprise...HOLY CRAP some "undesirable guy" in simple terms tried to dive on my returned! that's like being in Iraq...each and every Iraqi is a capacity combatant. The undesirable adult adult males mixture in with the solid adult adult males so which you will desire to be alert one hundred% of the time. To a police canines, each and every person as properly the only maintaining their leash, or to truly some the extra sensible canines, all and sundry no longer in a police uniform, are capacity opponents. They by no skill understand who, whilst, or the place they're going to would desire to combat. If something have been to pass down the officer can cope with it or a non-k9 officer can. yet whilst they call for backup and request a K9 those muzzles are coming off!

I definitely agree with the other answerers. The interviewer is not going to bring it up and if they do they are wrong. You don't have to tell anyone what's going on in your personal life. So I'd say just keep it to yourself.
