If you want to go "old school", "Endless Love" with Brooke Shields is a classic. Sometimes love will make you crazy!!!
Also, there is a made for TV movie with Rex Smith called "Sooner or Later". Young girl falls in love with her much older guitar teacher...it just breaks your heart. My favorite part is when she sees him out on a date with a girl his own age and the younger girl goes home and eats a whole carton of ice cream while she cries her eyes out.

It was great, My BF thought it was not going to be good he ended up loving it as much as me it was an awesome movie.
Check out www.netflix.com and look up the genre of Romance for more options.

Say Anything
Raising Victor Vargas (it's about one young man dealing with his family, but it has a love angle as well)
Those are the movies I can think of so far.
