I bought suto products but I would like to refund.

Because their service is terrible, cheat and lie.

They have received items but they say they donot.

I check tracking number they have received.

I sent items back but they do not refund.

They charged again not refund.

What I gonna do?

What do I need?

Atc?

pleae help me put.

I have already reported at BBB and state protection division.

But nobody answer me.

please I waist money time.

Most companies require a RMA before sending any products back for return (refund or warranty). If you just sent the product back without an RMA, they may be able to deny the shipment or they may receive the shipment but without associating it with your account.

If you did return it with an RMA using their approved shipping method, ask to speak with one of their customer service representatives about the issue. If that person can't help, ask to be put in contact with that person's manager. Keep working your way up the ladder until you get satisfaction. If they still don't meet your needs, inform them that you are going to contact a lawyer to pursue this through other channels.

Make sure you keep copies of any documents (your initial purchase, your return receipts) and document all conversations you have had with them concerning the problem. In that documentation, try to capture the person's name or employee number, the date/time of the call, and a description of the call content.
