Going on monday, and my dad wants some Golden Virginia...wondered if i'll get a good deal, or whether it would be pricey?

Tobacco is not cheap in Belgium, not as expensive as other countries, but you still pay a lot.
I am not sure about the brands, as I am a non smoker, but if the brand you want is American it is either expensive or not available.
In that case you better buy it at the airport before your flight.
If it is an European brand it might be available and even cheaper, but do check the prices (airport shops sometimes have a list of their prices and the 'town' shop prices.)
Make sure you know the price at home, and for which quantity.
