I think that it does. I don't believe there's any way around it. Some how, some way (especially if there's more than one person involved) the truth always comes out . . .

The truth may not always come out ... and sometimes it is much better that way if it is hurtful or mean. However, that doesn't mean those hiding things will get away with it. I have seen/ heard people get way with some pretty murderous things (of which i didn't get involved because of my own safety), but they got theirs in a different way later on.
Karma is truly a b*tch ... what goes around DOES come around. So you may get away with hiding the truth about a specific thing ... but it will come back to haunt you and when it does ... it's never ever less then those who are dishonest deserve.

I don't think so. I know things have happened and what was perceived to be one thing really was something else. But if it was insignificant anyway, it didn't matter, so the truth was never actually exposed.
So the truth might well never come out in the end. It usually does, but not always.

If it's blatant and obvious, yes it always does. Someone cheating or intentionally hurting someone for example. That always comes out.
If it's a matter of what someone "sees" or believes through their own values and beliefs, that's an entirely different answer.
Perception and frame of reference can drive nuance and "truth" to some degree.
