Outside and enjoy the air and the sweat. Then immediately inside for a shower and some cool AC. How can you choose a best? The one follows and compliments the other. You never enjoy a day in the sun as much as when you have been cooped up for weeks. You never enjoy your indoor comforts as much as when you come in from the elements.
Sorry, lack of one would make the other worthless. Well, not worthless, but certainly not as special.
