Strong and strenuous efforts in life can be exemplify with those of a man who fell into the water but was so much afraid of water and its currents that his fear took the better of him. Such a man would call for help, bob above and below the water, throw his hand and leg everywhere around and would try to clasp every person who would get close to him to save him out water, but that man would try to jump on the top of his head instead of having his wits about him and just hold someone’s hand to safety of the shore. If that man had made a little effort, instead of making a lot more now, to learn to swim, he could have known that the very water that drowns can also be used to swim in and through.

When our mind get over things and gets use to dealing with things then we feel strange new confidence in our heart, we feel courage and spontaneity in our manners then we know that we are through difficult times. But it all comes with effort and not through living passively. This is true that we should not try to control everything in our reach but a few things that come within our grasp.

That is a very good advice, but most people live in fear if they feel like they lost control over their lives, and some become so obsessed with control that they will force it with and iron grip, just look at tyrants and madmen that have ruled the world.

A key in itself is an object of control. It is but a tool that you control, lose, or find - so if you have found such an object that begs for your control and needs you to live - perhaps you should throw it far??????? Just keeping you thinking - but yeah after 1 year of severe OCD that almost amounted in my death - your finding is valuable, well done - but remember to take caution for after my 1 year of fear I pulled myself so far out of it that I became ruthless, careless and unreliable not to mention drunk and hurtfull. Thats resolved now so my new finding is try for grey instead of constant contrast of black and white
