the thing that worked best for me was doing push ups which really helped me keep tone and in shape. For your basketball skills i would try dribbling up and down your driveway with your left hand then try it with your right do this bout 10 times for each hand.To improve your offense try shooting about 50 free throws a day and after about a week your form should be a lot better and you can start to see improvement.

for strength jus use dumbellls and go online and find workouts. use plyometrics and leg sterngth training for yur vertical leap.for speed endurance jog and do sprints. for basketball practice ALOT and make sure u use proper shooting form while u practice. also try going to a local park and play pick up games, it helps alot.

work on your upper body and do a lot of sprints and squats so your fast and can jump...im a guard on the varsity girls bball team at my school so i know all about it...also if ur just watching tv or something lay on the floor the a bball and act like ur shooting it with one hand and flick your wrist try to make the ball come right back to your hand...it might sound stupid but it pays off when your playing....good luck on improving your game =)

Strong. Lift weights. Get good? Practice. Wear Ankle weights when you shoot. Jump rope... That's the way you do it.

before you start getting stronger, you first have to learn how to play basektball. so dont waste your time getting strounger. learn the basics or basektball, shooting, defense, dribbling, passing and that.
