He means who are the role players who helped contributed most to the Spurs championship other than the star players. We're talking about the Steve Kerr, the Robert Horry, the Sam Cassell, the Clifford Robinson's of the league. In the Spur's case, I'd say Robert Horry, Bruce Bowen, Michael Finley, Fabricio Oberto, and Francisco Elson have all made major contribution towards the Spur's 4th title.
