Yes a long hot bath and a good cry will make you feel better. Just a long good cry helps.

First cry for a short while.
Then add some bubbles to the bath, light the candles and while soaking with your eyes closed, escape to a perfect place where there's harmony... like a forest or a beach.
Remember to breathe deep every now and then.
Drink a lot of purified water afterwards.
Get a good night's rest.
Works for me.

A long hot bath with my boyfriend would make me feel a whole lot better. I don't want to cry though.

properly initially, you won't be able to get Swine Flu from the jab as that's not stay. Secondly, if looks such as you have in simple terms had a nasty reaction to the jab. If the indications persist over the subsequent couple of days, or worsen severely, then seek for advice out of your GP as quickly as achievable as that's something they're going to desire to video exhibit. I had my jab on the beginning up of the week and that i've got been truly sick simply by fact that, on the suitable option of the indications you have, my finished arm has swollen and pop out in a blotchy pink rash and a bruise. My GP suggested all would desire to be high quality yet i'm to video exhibit the indications for any drastic alterations. wish this enables :)

I'd rather have a long hot shower & a cry. That ALWAYS makes me feel better. I don't take bath's. It's just like wallowing in your own filth. Gross!!

sometimes it's just what the doc ordered. however every time i tried this i couldn't cry and just got more frustrated. rent a chick flick to help with the tears.
chocolate helps too, right? (at least till you realize you got fat... but then you have a goal to focus on and won't be so sad!)

Not for me. Maybe a quick warm shower and more laughter. Then some lunch.
