Taking this literally (because I don't tip them!), I first check the 2Wire and LynkSys.
Sometimes I call my server. Last time it was two hours--their nickel. The person asked at first if there was construction going on nearby. I said yes, across the street. *Two hours* later she said, "Oh, the service seems to be out in your area!" Like duhhhhh!
Another time I called Comcast--again two hours. I was under the desk checking the wires, as they had said, when DH came home and said, "Ummm, honey? We don't *have* Comcast!"
Call me fuchsia-faced...

I don't tip the internet people...
my work email goes down all the time- it's very frustrating but it gets fixed within reasonable timing.
If my internet at home goes down I call brighthouse and betch like no other!
I pay a lot of money for phone, cable and internet and it better work all the time!

whilst you're doing a respond in yahoo sometimes you may delete lots of the stuuf interior the "to" container. Odds are the addresses you're sending to are outdated or have been replaced. Heres the try..... deliver your self an e mail, then you definately will understand.

I can relate! They've been working on our server for the past 2 weeks here at work, and it seems that every time I'm answering a really interesting question, it goes down. Pisses me off, big time!!!

Just wait for the dessert! Can I pour you a glass a wine while you are waiting, madam? Or would you rather have some whine?
