The British Government, but not the majority of British people. I feel sorry for the 49% of the voting public (or whatever the figure was in the last presidential elections) in the USA, they do not deserve to have been tarred with the same brush as the 52 millions USA citizens that voted that muppet into the White House.
The Aussie government is another one that loves to lick Bush's backside.
The Spainish did the right thing at the last election! I hope that the British give Labour are right kicking at the next general election. I stopped voting Labour many moons ago!

The whole world hates Bush.
Some, like Israel, will do Bush's dirty work because Bush sends them tons of the taxpayer's money and fancy military hardware.
Hopefully, the next president won't be such a lier and OIL thief and will be into making friends and profits, not enemies, trespassing, destruction and grief..

Great Britain and Israel, for sure.
I came across this, pre-Iraq:
America,
We in Israel have read about your "allies" the French, Belgians and Germans turning their backs on you. We see that your "partners" like China and Russia express disdain for your nation. We in Israel will never do so.
We are a tiny nation. We have no oil or resources other than G-d, our hearts and our minds. But you have taken us under your great Eagle's Wing and nurtured and protected our country against the hordes. We have fought our own battles with our own blood, but you have never let us down and never turned your back to us. We will never forget you and your kindness. Never.
If you need us, America, we have your back. We may be few, but we can fight. And if you call on us, fight we shall.
Your nation is about to embark upon yet another battle for freedom and liberty. The people who hate liberty and hate achievement hate us and hate you. But their hatred can never overcome your greatness, America. You will conquer the evil Saddam and maybe, G-d willing, you will change the face of the Middle East and start the process of bringing democracy to the Arab world. Many ask why our country supports this war when we are a likely target of Saddam's death throes. There are two reasons. One is that you are our ally and we return your loyalty as you have loyally supported us. I suppose many in Europe are too cynical to understand such concepts as honor and loyalty. The second reason is more theoretical. We can negotiate with the Arabs. But until a majority of Arab nations are democracies, we can never have real peace with them. If you are able to accomplish your mission, you will help bring peace to the region and the world.
I am a soldier of Israel. I was born in Israel and in Israel I shall die. If that means I shall die with a rifle in my hand defending Israel, so be it. And if called upon by my country to defend our American friends I will gladly shed my blood for you as well.
America! Israel stands ready!
Yours in loyalty,
Lt. Col. Moshe Haraz, IDF
Am Yisroel Chai !!!
G-d Bless the United States of America
G-d Bless and bring victory to the armed forces of the United States of America

No one .Its like driving by a bum on the side of the road and handing him or her 100 bucks .
They could care less about you or your family and in two weeks might even be stealing a bike out of your garage with no consideration of how hard you worked to obtain that which you have a right to defend .

America has plenty of friends. But--until we can do something about Bush's foreign policy, we don't have many supporters.
