There is a Zion Good Shepherd Lutheran school near where I live. I don't think there is such a city. What state is it supposed to be in? The school is located in Terra Bella, CA but I don't know who established the community. It is not a city. It is a small town about half way between Bakersfield and Fresno, CA.
There is also a Good Shepherd home for people with disabilities such as Down's Syndrome and such in either Minnesota or Wisconsin.
