No! not apart of a terrorist group plus this question is so bold and out there that a normal terrorist group would not use.

It was to say hey are you sure you are safe-looking aound your town at big places that could be a attack-are they protected?

Hi!
To start, I want to change the way the whole human world functions; I want to rock people right out of their complacency and so am going to target all their comfort zones.
First of all, I start amassing the secret army by getting people who share common purpose with me on board. This won't take so long, as it will spread by touch and word of mouth like a chapati handed from village to village to announce that the time to overthrow the oppressor is now.
This is going to be a domino effect attack. At the same time and in key locations in every nation in the world, everyone who has been primed stops doing any business whatsoever with the current abusers of power.
Next step - something really radical - we start, in unison, to be lovingly helpful to veryone around us.
Beware! The revolution is being plotted right now!

So, this is now how terrorist groups are going to communicate with each other; they're gonna send messages back and forth through Y!A. Nice. Where are the Yahoo Nazi's when you need them? Probably censoring someone's question about pickles on a sandwich or something.
