Empower the armed forces after bin laden and the taliban and al queda.
To finish them off and all of their kind. They are killers. Also, that the
armed forces would be protected from all harm and danger and come
home to their families safe. Also, get rid of pedophiles, wife beaters,
all abusers of every kind.

I like this question!
I would sprinkle it over the whole world to make it a better place for mankind and all the animals, so there would be no more sicko's, abusement and such.

Probably mix it in with my Bisquick batter, for Saturday morning pancakes, for an extra kick. Or maybe sprinkle it on my popcorn. I imagine it tastes somewhat salty.
