yea you go ahead and turn off that fan (u will have to take it out of the comp)

it is there to cool down the interior of your comp so it doesnt over heat and MELT right onto your LAP

You can't turn off the fan (well, you could open it up and snip the wires, but I think you're looking for an "off switch" at the control panel or something), and you don't want to. It keeps your computer cool. Without it, the processor would overheat and stop running. Newer processors run much hotter than older ones (all that electricity surging through the chips at modern high clock speeds generates a LOT of heat), so newer computers require more and more cooling in order to keep functioning. DO NOT disconnect the fan. Your laptop would burn out in a jiffy.
You may want to have someone look at the fan to see if it is malfunctioning. Is it making more noise than it used to? If so, the fan may need replacing.
In the future, look for a laptop that has a very quiet fan. They make them, you just need to be sure the one you buy has one on it.

You shouldn't disable the fan in a laptop, because it is what cools off the CPU. If the fan is making noise try using compressed air to blow any lint or dust that may be there. If that doesn't work then that fan may need to replaced.

nope, you can't and must not disabled it because provides coolness for your laptop. without it, your laptop will over heat and explode. sometimes fans are noisy maybe because it is broken or the laptop is very hot

The fan is what distributes heat away from the core components in your notebook. Without it, your notebook will overheat and suffer catastrophic failure.
If your fan is that noisy, then your notebook needs service to possibly replace the fan before it dies.

that would not be a good idea. its cooling down the laptop, if u stop it, the laptop will overheat and create much more problems than just the loud fan.

I don't think you should disable it. Fan is essential to PC and labtop preventing them from getting burnt out. If the fan is noisey try replacing it with a new one.
