It really was the FMLA. Look at it like this. Pre-FMLA a fuctioning social user. FMLA turned all the red lights green, and every street the Audobahn. Instead of the usual twice a week, 7-10 hour binge. The 10th hour is here, guess what, Im calling in FMLA two, three days in a row. It meant no more restrictions. No more 3-4 hour sleep nights, followed by absolutly nightmareish shift at work. After 30 call ins in 6 months,,,,,Whacko ! LOL

FLMA (Family Medical Leave Act) had NOTHING to do with your problems. Unless you admit your drug problem is at fault, you will not straiten out your life. I don't know what you are actually asking, but no court will believe the FMLA is at fault. Even if they did, how would that help you?

I actually agree the drugs did not mess you up. The fact you were messed up is the reason you use drugs.

Maybe you should focus on straightening your life out for the sake of your kid....and you won't have to worry about tricking your ex into siging a contract.

Life is short...and your wasting it on blow instead of spending it with your child.

I think you and I both know, just from what you posted... You aren't fit to be a father at the moment. For the child's sake you shouldn't be allowed visitation.

The good news is... there is still time to change. Get new friends, get a new job, get into rehab and go see an addiction specialist who may be able to refer you to a doctor who can prescribe you something to get your inhibitions under control.

Time to decide what is important and make it happen.
