You are fine. When you have babies your breast will grow more.
I'm 5'7" and started out at B cup, 4 kids later I'm now a D and they are still perky!

There's little to be done to enhance the bust line (except pectoral building exercises) without surgery. Ice cream won't do anything for your breasts except to make you gain weight.
Learn to be happy with your bust size. I was a VERY happy 5-foot-8-inch 36B till I got pregnant, then I went to a double-D, and after pregnancy stayed a D...14 years later. These days they're too big for my taste, hard to find a comfortable bra, and problematic with regard to exercise. I'd LOVE to have B's again!

Why do you want bigger breasts? Just because society tells you that you need them to look better? Well forget them. That is the perfect size for your tiny frame! And no there are not any safe alternatives to make them bigger that I know of. Heredity does play a huge role in that as well as hormones.

You wanna gain boobage? Get pregnant. They'll swell like melons.
Seriously, though. Why would you want to have bigger breasts? You can get away without wearing a bra at all. Then there's people like me who are "too well-endowed" and have constant backaches from the frontal weight. If you want to look bigger, though, get a padded bra. They push what cleavage you have together making you look like you have bigger boobs.

No. Unfortunately, we can't control where weight loss comes from or weight gain goes to in our bodies.
There are no supplements, vitamins, herbs, drugs, cream, foods, drinks, exercises....nothing will make them bigger. Surgery is the ONLY way.
Try different bras. Get rid of the A--A bras have little or no support and make your breasts look awful. Get bras with better support and a little bit of padding. That can make all the difference.

Well, you don't say how old you are. If you're young enough, they'll probably still grow yet.
And a "B" cup is not very small..I think I read somewhere that the average cup size in America is 36C...it's also important to remember that 60% of Americans are overweight. I think you're fine :-)

And you are how old?
A B cup is a perfect size.
Surgery is the only way to go if you want them bigger.

There really isn't anything you can do to make them bigger. Just be happy with the way you are. (Women with large breasts often have back trouble)
