If you earned the vacation time, you should be paid for it. It should either be included in your last check or your employer may cut you a separate check for that week of vacation time.

Yes, all vacation pay is counted as earned money and they must pay, or you can take them to small claims court and make the case there, hopefully it will not come to that.

Yes. But check your employement contract. Sometimes the number of days are limited, but in your case, with such few days, I'd say you're going to get a check.

Yes, but pro rated. If you worked half the year, then you earned half your annual vacation and are entitle to be payed in cash.

Yes, usually you recieve that on your final paycheck...but each employer is different and the process is usually spelled out in your employee handbook.
