ok so, near the end, when harry gives in to voldy and he goes to that place with dumboldore hes not really dead. so, how is it that the horcrux inside of him is destroyed if he isnt actually dead? and we know that the horcrux is destroyed because voldy dies later and the only way to do that is by destroying all the horcrux's.

the horcrux has nothing to do with the body it is a piece of Voldemort's soul and it is destroyed cuz you see the baby (which is the piece of soul that died) in the station right at the feet of Harry

Voldemort collapsed just like Harry did. That is why the Death Eaters weren't celebrating when Harry revived, but were gathered around Voldemort.
Voldemort couldn't have died then because the Snake (Nagini) was still a live Horcrux.
Voldemort and Harry were too connected to allow one to die (because of Harry's Blood at the time of Goblet of Fore Graveyard scene) and Double connectiong from the time Lily saved Harry.
Neveille kills that last barrier, Nagini, after that, allowing Harry to defeat You-No-Poo ... I mean, You-Know-Who

Harry soul was pure unlike Voldemort. Thats why the Horcrux was destroyed and not harry. Simple as that.

harry's blood is in voldy so the charm of lily dieing was still alive aslong as voldy is alive
