I would eat a bowl of soup then go pet the goat. I would have the best of both worlds :)
would you like to join me? I make a yummy vegetable soup...no meat at all!!

Pet a goat because it's not possible to EAT soup, Soup is something you DRINK.

Pet a goat. Because of their human-looking eyes and the chance that one of them will walk on it's hind legs. Scares the hell out of kids when you tell them the goat is going to take them to hell to see it's master!
OK, I made the part up about scaring kids (although I'm open to it). I've always liked how friendly goats are, and I've never cared too much for soup.

i'd rather pet a goat because for one, i can eat a bowl of soup anytime, and for two, i've never petted a goat.
